Check the nbn™ box (NTD) Fibre Lead Cable
Restart your nbn™ box (NTD)
Please turn off the power to the nbn™ box (NTD) power supply at the wall outlet.
Disconnect the power cable from the nbn™ (NTD) connection box for 2 minutes then reconnect the cable.
Please turn the power back on to the NTD power supply at the wall outlet. This refreshes your device's connection to the network and can resolve your issue.
The nbn™ box will take 3 to 5 minutes to come online. If your connection doesn't work you may need to reset your modem.
Resetting your modem
Please reset your modem. Doing this removes any temporary device issue, so this is always good to include in troubleshooting.
