- The new owner available to provide new account information on the call
- The new owner will need a debit/credit card to link to their new account
How does it work?
To successfully transfer your MyAccount to someone else, one of our team will take you through a change of ownership process.
Once the terms and conditions are agreed to, the new owner needs to provide us with the following;
- Date of birth
- Mobile number
- Active email address
- Debit/credit card details
Once all of the above have been successfully updated, the change of ownership process is complete. This automatically transfers your account to the new owner.
