Pay your overdue balance online
If you have missed a payment, and need to catch up, use our Pay Now feature. If your account is suspended, a successful payment will remove any restriction - you may need to turn your modem off, wait for 15 seconds, and turn it on again.
Our Pay Now service takes payment via the credit or debit card linked to your account. If you would like to update the credit or debit card we have on file, please visit MyAccount, and after logging in, click 'MyDetails', and then 'Payment Method'
Call our automated payment system
To make a payment on your overdue balance, you can also call 1300 130 888, select option 3, and then option 1. We'll process the payment using the card we have on file within 1 business hour after we receive the request.
